Salads can be so much more than a little stack of greens on the side of your plate. With a few heartier ingredients they can be a meal in themselves, and it doesn't have to be difficult, either!

Chicken bacon salad

This salad could hardly be easier, with a simply mix of greens, chicken, bacon and a honey mustard vinaigrette that brings it all together.

Prosciutto salad with peach and mozarella

This is on the lighter side compared to come of the others, but it's packed with elegance and delicious flavors!
