Blueberry apple smoothie
It's like a fruit crumble in a smoothie bowl! Lots of great flavor and good for you too.

- ½ cup blueberries frozen, fresh or a mix; can also use wild blueberries
- ¼ cup apple juice
- ½ apple cored and peeled and cut into a few chunks
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt plain
- ¼ cup oats (quick or old fashioned)
To top
- 2 tablespoon granola
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Place the blueberries, apple juice, chunks of apple, yogurt and oats in the blender and blend until well mixed. It doesn't need to be completely smooth, but is probably best if well mixed and on the smoother side.
Pour into a bowl and top with the granola and chia seeds - you can arrange them as I did around the outside or however you like! (You can also serve this in a glass, but I like having it as a bowl to be able to get the contrasting crunchy toppings.)
