Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup papaya 85g
  • 1/2 cup mango 95g, about 1/2 a small-med mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup orange juice 60ml
  • 2 tsp flax seed meal optional

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more orange juice if you prefer a runnier drink.
