  • ½ cup papaya 85g
  • ½ cup mango 95g, about ½ a small-med mango
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ cup orange juice 60ml
  • 2 tsp flax seed meal optional


  • Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more orange juice if you prefer a runnier drink.
