Raspberry vinaigrette

This raspberry salad dressing is easy to make and wonderfully bright in both color and flavor.

  • ½ cup raspberries 75g
  • 2 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper


  • Place everything in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Store in a sealed container in the fridge until needed (will keep a good few days, if not longer).
