Papaya lemonade

A fruity variation on lemonade, with a dash of herbs - refreshing (and a great base for a cocktail, too).

  • ½ cup papaya chunks 100g (quantity with skin and seeds removed)
  • ¼ cup lemon juice 60ml (approx 1 lemon)
  • ¾ cup water 180ml
  • 2 stems cilantro/coriander leaves only
  • 2 teaspoon honey (or more to taste)


  • Put everything in the blender and blend until combined - you may need to stir a little after by hand to ensure the honey is mixed through rather than sinking to the bottom.
  • Serve over ice and enjoy.
