Blueberry pina colada

This bright take on the classic cocktail makes a wonderfully sipable drink (with a little kick, of course!)

Ingredients

  • 1 oz sweetened coconut cream 30ml (eg Coco Lopez which is the classic - can also use Goya)
  • 3 oz pineapple juice 90ml
  • 1 oz white rum 30ml
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries 65g
  • 1 cup ice 240ml

Instructions

  • Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass to serve.

Notes

This version would also work as a mocktail without the rum, but will be sweeter and more liquid than the other version, above.
