30ml (eg Coco Lopez which is the classic - can also use Goya)

Instructions
Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass to serve.
Notes
This version would also work as a mocktail without the rum, but will be sweeter and more liquid than the other version, above.
