Blueberry pina colada mocktail

A delicious, creamy and fruity drink, verging on a smoothie, but that can also be made into a cocktail too.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut milk 120ml, I used culinary coconut milk so it's well blended
  • ½ cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup pineapple fresh or frozen (possibly a little more if frozen)
  • ½ cup ice topped up with water no water and a little more ice if all fresh fruit
  • 2 teaspoon honey or less to taste

Instructions

  • Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a glass to serve.

Notes

If you want to make this version alcoholic, I suggest around 1 - 1.5oz (30-45ml) white rum, just added in with everything else.
