Ingredients

  • ½ cup corn 80g (frozen, defrosted or fresh, cooked, as you have)
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree 4 tbsp
  • cup grated cheddar 36g
  • 2 oz cream cheese 55g
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt 58g
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic granules
  • ½ tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  • Put everything in a food processor and blend until relatively smooth and well combined. Serve chilled with raw vegetables and/or crackers.
