This makes approximately 3 skewers, as shown in the phots here. If you are using chops or steaks, the size of those may vary so you may serve less. With bone in meat, you will likely manage to have the marinade quantities work with a slightly larger weight of meat (I'd estimate around ¼ more). Be sure to use cuts of a thickness you can grill, or else I'd suggest you dice for souvlaki.
