1cupripe papaya(quantity with skin and seeds removed, in chunks)
⅓cuplemon juice(⅓ cup is 1-2 lemons)
1cupwateror more to taste
2stemscilantro/corianderleaves only, optional
2tablespoonhoney(or more to taste, can also use sugar)
Instructions
Make sure your papaya is ripe before using - it should be mainly orange/yellow on the outside and give slightly when pressed. Remove seeds and skin then dice the flesh.
Put everything in the blender and blend until combined - you may need to stir a little after by hand to ensure the honey is mixed through rather than sinking to the bottom. If you like, add a little extra water to be slightly thinner or sweeten a little more to taste.
