Instructions
Remove the stems and any white or spoiled areas from the strawberries and wash well. Weigh the strawberries after trimming.
Place the strawberries and sugar in a blender and blend to a relatively smooth puree.
Add the yogurt, milk, ice and rosewater, if using. Blend again until smooth and well mixed. Check for sweetness and add a little extra sugar, if you feel needed, then serve.
