Ingredients

  • 1 peach ripe
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 4 ice cubes approx
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 1 dash cardamom or cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional, or a little more/less to taste

Instructions

  • Stone the peach and skin if your blender is not likely to break it up fully. I prefer to leave on if possible for color (plus it's easier). Cut the peach into chunks.
  • Put the peach, yogurt, milk, ice cubes, mint leaves and cardamom/cinnamon in a blender and blend until well mixed and smooth. If you prefer a little sweeter, add honey to taste, blending it in.
  • Serve immediately while nice and cold.
