    Peruvian recipes

Peru is a wonderful melting pot of flavors, from indigenous roots to dishes from immigrants adapted to local ingredients and tastes. With a wide diversity of climates, it has some amazing local produce, and happens to be where potatoes and quinoa originate. Many dishes are relatively easy to make with only a few less common ingredients, that are becoming more widely available. And there are so many tasty flavors to enjoy.
