    North African recipes

    North African food is probably not as well known as some other regions, apart from some Moroccan dishes like couscous and tagines. But there is so much more to the cuisine of this region. Enjoy warm spice flavors, simple vegetable salads (like zaalouk) and delicious desserts like umm ali.
