    Summer recipes

Summer time often means you want to cook less, but that doesn't mean not eating! Instead, think simple - fire up the grill to enjoy skewers and burgers. Go for no-cook options like salads and small plates. Plus, summer is when a lot of great produce is at it's peak so enjoy some fantastic fruit and vegetables in ways that show them at their best.

    Favorite grilling recipes

We grill regularly in the summer, and I often take advantage of preparing ahead of time with marinades so the cooking is quick and easy. Add some of our regulars to your menu.
