    Spring recipes

    Much as I love comfort food, I'm always ready for the bright colors of spring. All the greens are a welcome sight, as well as those fresher flavors. It's definitely a time to make the most of the produce available, and there are so many delicious ways to enjoy it.

    Spring isn't quite the same everywhere, of course, but here you'll find some inspiration for what are often considered classic spring ingredients like asparagus, rhubarb, strawberries and peas, as well as lamb and herbs that feature in some spring celebrations.

    Asparagus recipes

    Asparagus is an amazing ingredient - in grows incredibly fast during it's season and can be tricky to harvest. You don't need to do much to let this lovely green (or white) vegetable shine, as these classic recipes show.

    Rhubarb recipes

    While often treated as a fruit, rhubarb is actually a vegetable. It might not be as well loved around the world, but for those who enjoy it, it's something special, and well worth getting to know. Explore a delicious range of ways to enjoy this spring treat.
